Do I need to duplicate my theme before changing code?

Yes. Duplicate the theme from Online Store, Themes before you edit any code, so you can restore it. Changes made in the theme editor are safe, but code edits are not undone automatically.

What image sizes should I use?

Use images at least 1500 px on the long side for hero images and 1000 px for product images. Photos with an even background look best on product cards. Pawora crops to the ratio you choose in Theme settings, Product cards.

How do I change fonts?

Theme settings, Typography. You can choose fonts from the Shopify library only.

How do I change colors?

Theme settings, Colors. Edit a color scheme, then choose the scheme in each section.

How do I resize my logo?

Theme settings, Logo, and use the width slider.

Why does my menu not show in the header?

Check that a menu is chosen in the Header section under Main menu, and that the menu has links. See Navigation.

How do I set up the account menu?

Customers sign in with Shopify's account component. You can choose an account menu in the Header section.

How do I translate my store?

Use Settings, Languages, and then Translate and adapt or a translation app to translate theme text. Languages show a selector in the header when you add more than one.

How do I show prices in other currencies?

Turn on markets and currencies in Shopify. A country selector appears in the header and footer.

Can I use apps?

Yes. Use app blocks on the product page, featured product and Apps section, or add code in a Custom Liquid section.
